It is available as a part of Harvard Web Publishing's Premium Level Support.
Siteimprove support questions should be sent directly to the Siteimprove support team. You must have a Siteimprove account to create a support ticket. To create a support ticket:
Log into SiteImprove at: http://siteimprove.com
Click on the “Video Tutorials & Support” link:
Then select “Submit support ticket”
The Harvard Web Publishing website lists Siteimprove training events with self-signup.
